Tell us your cat’s name, approximate weight, present location, and whether you would like ashes returned. If your cat is at a clinic, provide the practice name and phone number. If your cat is at home, mention your building type and any access instructions.
You do not need to make every decision during the first call. Immediate care and transportation can be discussed first. Urns, engraving, portraits, jewelry, and shared family keepsakes can wait until the care plan is understood.

Private or communal cat cremation
Choose private cremation when you want your cat’s ashes returned. Choose communal cremation when individual ashes do not need to come home. We can compare the two options, including timing and the complete estimate, without pressuring you toward either one.
If a physical memorial matters to your family, say so before authorizing communal care. Individual ashes are not returned with communal cremation, so that distinction should be clear to every family member involved in the decision.

Memorial options for a beloved cat
Cat memorials can be subtle and deeply personal: a ceramic paw-print urn, a wooden photo urn, an engraved name, a favorite portrait, or a tiny symbolic keepsake. The best choice is the one that feels recognizable to your relationship.
For a full-size urn, capacity must be confirmed using your cat’s approximate weight. Keepsake urns and memorial necklaces hold only a small symbolic portion and are often paired with a primary return container.
